Setting Up Tiers

RevYoMe supports a flexible tier system. You can set rewards based on:

  • Total Visits (e.g., 5th visit free)
  • Total Spend (if integrated with POS)
  • Specific Actions (e.g., leaving a review)

Best Practices

Keep your initial reward attainable. The "Endowment Effect" suggests that if customers feel they are close to a reward, they will visit more frequently to achieve it.

Recommendation: First reward at 3-5 visits.

Pro Tip: Use the "Double Points" feature on slow days (like Tuesdays) to drive traffic.
